Practice schedule for 2020. 


Practice starting Wed April 1
  • 4:30PM - 5:00PM -- 8 & under
  • 5:00PM - 5:45PM -- 9 & 10
  • 5:45PM - 7:00PM -- 11 & up

Spring Break --April 14-16 (T, W, Th only practice)
  • 4:30PM - 5:15PM--10 & under
  • 5:15PM - 6:30PM--11 & up

HS+ Swim Schedule change -- starting Monday, May 4, 2020
  • 4:30PM - 5:00PM -- 8 & under
  • 5:00PM - 5:45PM -- 9 & 10
  • 5:45PM - 6:45PM -- 11 & 12
  • 6:45PM - 8:00PM -- 13 & up

June morning (Starting June 11, when summer break begins)
  • 7:00AM - 8:30AM -- 13 & up
  • 8:30AM - 9:45AM -- 11 & 12
  • 9:45AM - 10:45AM -- 9 & 10
  • 10:45AM - 11:30AM -- 8 & under 



SWIM PRACTICE GUIDELINES:
  • All swimmers are expected to be at practice and READY to be in the pool at practice start time .
  • Come prepared - goggles, swim caps (required for all those with long hair), fins, hand paddles (suggested), and APPROPRIATE swim practice attire.
  • Girls must wear one piece swim suits.
  • A minimum of THREE practices a week is required to participate in the upcoming meet.
  • No swimmer will be accommodated to attend a requested practice.  
  • Practice times could change based on coach’s discretion.

Things to bring to practice:
  • Good Attitude
  • Swimsuit
  • Towel
  • Goggles
  • Swim fins
  • Swim Cap (required if hair is long enough to fall into swimmers eyes)
  • Water
