When coming to practice, please remember the parking and drop off restrictions, available here.

***Please make sure you take note of the changes in practice times this week: 

Monday, July 23 through Thursday, July, 26. 
13 & up              7:30- 8:30am
11-12                  8:30 - 9:15am 
10 & under        9:15 - 10:00am 

***Swimmers are to attend their AGE GROUP practice. All swimmers are welcome to attend their age group practice.

Pre-Championship Chabot College Practice on Friday, July 27. 
1:00-2:00pm 

PLEASE BE READY TO  GET IN THE WATER AT 1:00pm. 

It is HIGHLY ADVISED all championship swimmers attend this practice. 

Even though we had a meet previously at Chabot, come Championship day you want to make sure you are well prepared and confident when you are swimming. This is also the only chance you will have to work on all dives and focus on turns, transitions, and your backstroke counts.

Make sure to find carpools,and in advance, so you do not miss the opportunity to practice in this pool! There is a $2 charge for parking. Our team gets three lanes in the deep end for 11 & up swimmers and three in the shallow end for 10 & unders.

WE ASK THAT YOU PLEASE DRIVE SAFELY AND SLOWLY ON GOLDENRAIN AVENUE, AND DO NOT STOP OR MAKE DRIVEWAY U-TURNS IN FRONT OF ANY HOMES. THANK YOU! 


SWIM PRACTICE GUIDELINES:
  • All swimmers are expected to be at practice and READY to be in the pool at practice start time .
  • Come prepared - goggles, swim caps required all those with long hair (below ears), fins, hand paddles (suggested), and APPROPRIATE swim practice attire (Paddles should be no bigger than hand size..basically should fit and no bigger).
  • Girls must wear one piece (swim appropriate) swim suits.
  • A minimum of TWO practices a week is required to participate in the upcoming meet.
  • No swimmer will be accommodated to attend a requested practice time unless authorized by the coach ahead of time (Swimmers will swim with their age group unless you get permission from the Head Coach to change).
  • Practice times could change based on coach’s discretion.

Things to bring to practice:
  • Good Attitude
  • Swimsuit
  • Towel
  • Goggles
  • Swim fins
  • Swim Cap (boys only need this if their hair is long enough to fall into their eyes)
  • Water or sports drink
  • Snack
