Practice Info

When coming to practice, please remember the parking and drop off restrictions, available here.

Practice Schedule for June 16 to July 28
  • 15-18's: 7:00-8:30am
  • 13-14's: 8:00-9:30am (8:00-8:30am with 15-18's)
  • 11-12's: 9:00-10:00am (9:00-9:30am with 13-14's)
  • 9-10's: 10:00-10:45am
  • 8 and Under: 10:45-11:15am

Practice Schedule for April 10 to June 15.
  • Age 8 & Under:  4 - 4:45pm
  • Age 9/10's:    4:45 - 5:45pm
  • Age 11/12's:  5:45 - 6:45pm
  • Age 13&Up:   6:45 - 8:15pm

Things to bring to practice:
  • Good Attitude
  • Swimsuit
  • Towel
  • Goggles
  • Swim fins
  • Swim Cap (boys only need this if their hair is long enough to fall into their eyes)
  • Water or sports drink
  • Snack
