Practice times for 2019.


April 8- April 12
  • 4:30 Pm - 5:00 Pm  -  8 & under
  • 5:00 Pm - 6:00 Pm -  9/10
  • 6:00 Pm - 7:30 Pm  -  11 and up

April 15 - June 12 
*No practice April 19, April 26, and Memorial Day (May 27)
  • 4:30 Pm - 5:00 Pm  - 8&under
  • 5:00 Pm - 5:45 Pm  - 9/10
  • 5:45 Pm - 7:00 Pm  - 11/12
  • 7:00 Pm - 8:30 Pm  - 13 & up
Spring Break Practice Times (April 22 - 25)
    • 4:30pm - 5:15pm - 10 and under
    • 5:15pm - 6:30pm - 11 and up
** Special Practice times for July 1 and July 2 **
  • 7:00 Am - 8:30 Am - 11 and up
  • 8:30 Am - 9:30 Am  - 10 and under

June 13 - July 25 (cabana club opens up for membership in the afternoons)
*No practice July 3, 4, 5
  • 7:00 Am - 8:30 Am - 13 and up
  • 8:30 Am - 9:45 Am  - 11/12
  • 9:45 Am  - 10:45 Am - 9/10
  • 10:45 Am - 11:30 Am - 8 & under


SWIM PRACTICE GUIDELINES:
  • All swimmers are expected to be at practice and READY to be in the pool at practice start time .
  • Come prepared - goggles, swim caps (required for all those with long hair), fins, hand paddles (suggested), and APPROPRIATE swim practice attire.
  • Girls must wear one piece swim suits.
  • A minimum of THREE practices a week is required to participate in the upcoming meet.
  • No swimmer will be accommodated to attend a requested practice.  
  • Practice times could change based on coach’s discretion.

Things to bring to practice:
  • Good Attitude
  • Swimsuit
  • Towel
  • Goggles
  • Swim fins
  • Swim Cap (only needed if hair is long enough to fall into swimmers eyes)
  • Water
