Team Fees:
$275 ; Standard
Swimmer
$255 ; High School Athlete* or Eligible College Freshman
*This HS discount is applicable to HS students starting Gator practices
after their HS Spring Sport has completed
its season.
Non-WSCC members
add additional fees as follows: $75
- first & second swimmers $50
- third swimmer (maximum of $225 per family)
LATE FEES - (applicable to Returning team
members only) - Late fees will be collected for all Registration packets received after 2/24 or any incomplete packets
received. Late
fee charges are $10.00 per swimmer ***(This is a Non-refundable
fee)***
NEW Applicants:
Open Registration will
be held Saturday, March 10th, from 9:00a.m. to 12:00p.m.
All new families must bring a COMPLETED
Registration Packet, 2 copies of each applicant's birth certificate, registration fees, and their new swimmer(s).
WSCC members as well as non members may apply.

RETURNING Team
Members:
Swimsuit
Try-on day is March 10th at WSCC, 9:00a.m. to 12:00p.m.
Online
registration begins in early February. Registration packets will be emailed to all current team member families.
Returning
Team Member Registration Ends February 24th.
Refund Policies:
- Swimmers in the 6 and under age group, who are released from the team after coaches’
readiness assessment, will receive full refunds, including WSCC non-member fees.

For all other swimmers, all WSCC non-member fees and late charges are non-refundable.
- Swimmers who quit after Returning Member or Open Registration deadlines but prior
to the beginning of practice sessions will receive a full team fee* refund and their team swimsuit order will be cancelled.
- Swimmers who quit after practice sessions have begun but prior
to Time Trials meet will receive a 50% team fee* refund. Refund amounts will be determined
after the cost of the team swimsuit has been deducted from their team fees. The
remaining balance will be refunded.
- Swimmers who quit after the Time Trial meet will receive no refund.

The term “Team Fee” refers to the WSA Gators team fees only,
(i.e. $275 or $255). Refund amounts do NOT include any WSCC non-member fees or any late
fees incurred.
