Hi Gators families,

Welcome to the new season of 2023!

Volunteer jobs sign-up is now open on Swimtopia. Please follow the guidelines below when you sign up for the jobs.

This year we have 1 time trial, 3 home meets, 3 away meets and 1 awards night. We need a lot of parents to fill in the jobs so that swim meets can run properly.

Every family is required to sign up for 1 set-up, 1 clean-up and 5 other jobs (total 7 jobs). Families with more than one swimmer are required to sign up for 2 additional jobs, a total of 9 jobs. It is mandatory for each family to contribute this amount of time to fulfill the volunteer obligations.

Guidance for choosing your jobs:

• Sign up for a maximum 2 jobs per meet. Diversify the volunteer hours across the whole season.
• If you sign up for a Shift 1 job in one meet, choose for a Shift 2 job in another meet
• If you sign up for Snack Bar Sales Shift 2, choose another day for clean-up to avoid conflict. Snack bar sales Shift 2 will be helping kitchen clean-up.
• Sign up for Award Night if you know you will attend it

Note that the championship is not included here. The volunteer for the championship for 7/21 and 7/22 will be organized later.
