Hello Gators parents,

We asked for parents's availability in the registration for the swim meets they can perform job. Unfortunately, more than half of the registerred families didn't provide this information.

Please understand that job will be assigned to you based on the availabilities you declared. Now is the last chance for you to declare by checking the boxes on the Google Sheet below for the meets you are attending and performing jobs. Deadline is May 2nd, Friday. For those who don't declare by the deadline, jobs will be assigned to you randomly. Once assigned, it is your responsibilities to perform the jobs, or find your own replacement by switching the jobs with another families. We do not help you to find replacement. Any missed job is subject to a $60 fine.
