Time Trials volunteer jobs are released
May 5th
Dear Gator parents,
Time Trials volunteer jobs are released. Log on to your Swimtopia account and click on Time Trials event. You will find your assigned jobs there.
How this works:
- Jobs are assigned to the primary parent of the family based on the registration. If both parents in the family have created Swimtopia account, please coordinate within the family. It doesn't matter if dad or mom is doing the jobs. We just need one adult from the family to fulfill the assigned jobs.
- The shift time of the job is for reference only. Please allow +/- 30 minutes of the shift time you see on the Swimtopia.
- Setup is happening this Friday evening around 8PM. After the potluck, we will call out for setup.
- Cleanup will happen after time trials ended on Saturday. Everybody leaves WS Cabana Club by 1PM.
- Before you start the job, always check in with the job coordinator so she knows you are there for the job. Setup and cleanup crew will check in with the setup/cleanup leader when you arrive and before you leave. This is important because you may not receive the credits for the jobs you completed if you failed to do so.
- Arrive early! We don't want to look for you when your shift is about to start. Our job coordinator will get really panic when parents do not show up before their shifts. If you are not there, we may find a replacement immediately and you will be counted a missed job. We don't want to cash in your checks so make sure you arrive early for your jobs.
- Once jobs are assigned, it is your family's responsibility to complete it. You can look for parents from other families to switch jobs if you are not available for your assigned jobs. Once confirmed, send an email or message to the job coordinator, Sandhya. If you didn't show up for your job and didn't find a replacement for yourself, it is considered a missed job. Again, we don't want to cash in your checks so please plan ahead.
- Job assignment for the coming dual meets will be released at the later time, please stay tune.
Lastly, it takes the whole village to run the meets. We want everybody to take your part so we can move forward as a team. GO... GATORS!!!
