🎤🐊 *This week’s meet vs. Treeview is officially K Pop Demon Hunters themed!* Friday after each practice group, we’ll have popsicles + temporary demon tattoo applications so our swimmers can show up Saturday morning looking like the fearsome gator demons they are. 😈🏊♀️ Time to unleash your inner gator demon, slay some lanes, and absolutely haunt the heat sheets. Don’t miss Friday practice!

You’re Invited to kick off our season to the highly anticipated Warm Springs Gators Potluck!

There will be no practice on this date. 

At the potluck we will:

• meet the board
• enjoy a Friday dinner together
• hear more about what to expect during a meet
• Meet your buddy

Movie Tickets for team movie night Toy Story 5 on June 23rd, 7pm ($10 per ticket) This will sell out! Don’t miss out!

Meet Day Parking Raffle - Parking is hard to find on meet days! Entering into the raffle to get your own spot is highly recommended! ($10 per entry)

Apparel will be sold during the potluck including swim caps, tshirts, sweatshirts, and swim bags

If you missed tryouts, please make you:

• Volunteer Deposit: A $300 check made out to "Warm Springs Aquatics" with the swimmer’s name in the memo. This check will only be cashed if the family's volunteer requirements are not met by the end of the season; otherwise, it will be shredded.
• - Bring a form of identification to verify swimmer's name and birthdate (Birth Certificate/Passport)
• fill out the favorites attached to the email, so that you can be matched with a buddy for meets. Email your completed from to: [email protected]
• Send in a family photo of the swimmer and parents/family, so we can add to the Gator family database. Email your photo to: [email protected]

Looking ahead:

We have team photos on May 21st. There are no make ups. Please make sure you make plans to be there from 4-5pm.

What: You are invited to an exclusive GATORs family ONLY pool party!

Nachos will be provided. Bring your own favorite toppings. 

Who: Gator families only. 13 and under swimmers will need a parent present. 

When: Saturday, March 14, 2026, 2-4pm, immediately after Saturday tryouts.

Tryouts are mandatory for both returning and new swimmers.

What to Bring: 
- Bring a form of identification to verify swimmer (Birth Certificate/Passport) 

- $300 check written out to "Warm Springs Aquatics" (write names of swimmers in the memo). Each family is expected to volunteer throughout the season. We will offer sign ups for these times through this portal, and there will be plenty of opportunities to do so. If a family does not fulfill the volunteer requirements, the $300 check will be cashed. If family has fulfilled all of the volunteer requirements, check will be shredded at the end of the year.  

- Family Pictures: We will be taking family photos during this time.

- Swimsuit Try-Ons: Swimsuits will be available for sizing and try-ons. Returning swimmers, try on last year's swimsuit to make sure it still fits.

- Swim Suit, Goggles, and a towel for tryouts. New families will try out and returning gators will get updated timings
- Meet the Coaches

Swimmers will be timed and placed into practice groups based on performance so they can train safely, confidently, and at an appropriate developmental level. For first-time families, tryouts are relaxed and supportive, and designed to help place swimmers where they will feel successful and comfortable. Families with younger swimmers are welcome—children who can swim but are not yet able to swim across the pool independently are encouraged to attend, as our program is designed to support skill development and gradual progression.
