What: You are invited to an exclusive GATORs family ONLY pool party!

Nachos will be provided. Bring your own favorite toppings. 

Who: Gator families only. 13 and under swimmers will need a parent present. 

When: Saturday, March 14, 2026, 2-4pm, immediately after Saturday tryouts.

Tryouts are mandatory for both returning and new swimmers.

What to Bring: 
- Bring a form of identification to verify swimmer (Birth Certificate/Passport) 

- $300 check written out to "Warm Springs Aquatics" (write names of swimmers in the memo). Each family is expected to volunteer throughout the season. We will offer sign ups for these times through this portal, and there will be plenty of opportunities to do so. If a family does not fulfill the volunteer requirements, the $300 check will be cashed. If family has fulfilled all of the volunteer requirements, check will be shredded at the end of the year.  

- Family Pictures: We will be taking family photos during this time.

- Swimsuit Try-Ons: Swimsuits will be available for sizing and try-ons. Returning swimmers, try on last year's swimsuit to make sure it still fits.

- Swim Suit, Goggles, and a towel for tryouts. New families will try out and returning gators will get updated timings
- Meet the Coaches

Swimmers will be timed and placed into practice groups based on performance so they can train safely, confidently, and at an appropriate developmental level. For first-time families, tryouts are relaxed and supportive, and designed to help place swimmers where they will feel successful and comfortable. Families with younger swimmers are welcome—children who can swim but are not yet able to swim across the pool independently are encouraged to attend, as our program is designed to support skill development and gradual progression.
